Pumpkin Spice Walnut Muffins

1 cup Almond Flour

1/4 cup Flaxseed Meal

1/3 cup Truly Zero Erythritol (Get it: Amazon)

1/3 cup Walnut Butter

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

1/3 cup Salted Butter
-
2 large Eggs

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- In a spice grinder, grind erythritol into a powder.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a hand mixture to blend together well.
- Divide mixture into silicone muffin molds or a lined cupcake tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
