- 6 tbsp. Mascarpone Cheese
- 6 tbsp. Elliot's Adult Nut Butter Espresso Nib (Also on Amazon)
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (from the carton)
- 1/4 cup Truly Zero Eryrthritol (Get it: Amazon)
- Add all ingredients into a container, slowly mixing with a spoon.
- Once the ingredients start to become incorporated, use an immersion blender to completely combine the ingredients.
- Pour mixture into 4 ramekins and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
