What is Keto Delivered?

A

Inside Keto Delivered, you'll discover incredible ketogenic diet friendly foods, carefully curated for you from artisans, farmer’s markets, and small batch foods. We meticulously hand-select every item, curating each box with foods you’ll enjoy, while supporting small businesses at the same time.

What items can I expect to find in Keto Delivered?

A

A  little surprise is always a fun thing! Each box will have a variety of 5-7 honest, ultra low carb food products. All items will be chosen with the ketogenic diet in mind. You can expect to find cooking related products (such as spices, herbs, condiments), beverage related products (coffee, tea, or beverage enhancers), snacks (jerky and nuts), sweet alternatives, and a few artisan keto goodies for you to use for that month. Every month, we'll also include exclusive recipes from our kitchen to help you cook up some great things with the items in your box!

How does it work?

A

Once a month you'll receive a beautifully designed box, packed full of artisan created keto friendly goods, right to your doorstep. We’re taking away the headache of constantly looking at nutritional information and ingredients at the farmer’s market and speciality food stores.

What criteria does Keto Delivered use to source ingredients?

A

We always look at nutrition first. We make sure that the product fits in with the ketogenic lifestyle, and we make sure the taste can match up to what we want to offer. Dealing with smaller companies means dealing with people who take pride in their product and use the highest quality ingredients they can find.

Seriously, is everything in the box really Keto friendly?

A

Yes! We are very careful in selecting items for Keto Delivered - the items have to not only be tasty, but also nutritionally friendly to the ketogenic diet. We have done our best to weed out the products that are known to throw people out of ketosis.

Is Keto Delivered vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/dairy free/paleo/etc?

A

Unfortunately Keto Delivered is not currently vegan or vegetarian. We are looking to start a vegetarian box in the future, if there’s a demand for it. Sign up for our email newsletter to be among the first to get new announcements!

While most items are gluten free, we cannot guarantee all items are gluten free. Some items may be paleo/dairy free, but we cannot guarantee all items are.

How much does Keto Delivered cost?

A

Each box will be $39.99 + FREE flat-rate shipping. The retail value will always be more than the cost you pay (including shipping).

When does Keto Delivered ship? When will I receive my Keto Delivered?

A

We aim to ship all boxes between the 20th and the 25th of each month. Subscriptions purchased before the cutoff date (the 25th) will receive a box that month. Keto Delivered ships with the expectation that the box will arrive within three business days via USPS Priority.

Where and how is Keto Delivered shipped?

A

Keto Delivered is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is delivered to all US States We have recently added Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO addresses. We hope to offer international shipping at some point in the future.

Will you be shipping the Keto Delivered internationally?

A

Until we can bring costs down for shipping overseas, we will only be able to ship to the United States. Be sure to sign up for our email newsletter or like us on Facebook, as we will make all announcements there.

When do I get billed for each month? / How does billing work?

A

We're a monthly subscription: that means you will rebilled every month. You are billed on the day you subscribe. Your subscription auto-renews every month and is charged on the 1st of each month.

You may cancel your subscription at any time but you must cancel before you are rebilled; we do not refund payments once a subscription has been charged and do not accept returns.

What is this month’s deadline for ordering?

A

The general rule of thumb: if your order is placed before the 25th of any given month you will receive a box that month. Please note orders will renew on the 1st of the next month! If you have any questions please email us anytime at hello@ketodelivered.com.

How can I order more than one box?

A

We’re working on a better method for ordering more than one box at a time. For now, you can repeat the checkout process to receive more than one box. All boxes will be rebilled separately and can be canceled separately. Each order will be shown separately in your account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

A

If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and choosing to unsubscribe. Please note that you must cancel before the 1st of each month to not be charged for that month's box. After the box ships, we are unable to issue refunds.

How do I contact you?

A

You can contact us anytime at hello@ketodelivered.com or by using the “Contact Us” page on the website. We generally provide a reply within one business day but it may take up to three.

How can I access my account?

A

You create a new account during checkout process. Once you have an account, you can use the “Login” button on the menu at the top of the website. Optionally, you can create an account after the checkout process by using the same e-mail address as you provided in the checkout. A Keto Delivered account allows you to change your billing information, shipping address or cancel at any time among other things.

Can I give Keto Delivered as a gift?

A

Yes! From Birthdays and Christmas to Mother's Day and Graduations, Keto Delivered makes the perfect gift for friends or family. Simply create a new order as you would normally, and then visit your account settings. Please note: Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically, unless you cancel the billing cycle after the first payment is processed. To avoid this please make sure you order under the GIVE option.
