Pili Nut Spring Salad

  • 2 oz. Italian Salad Mix
  • 1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 oz. Pili Nuts
  • 2 tbsp. Orange Pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Vinaigrette of Choice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Cube fresh mozzarella cheese, dice orange pepper, slice and remove avocado from skin. Set aside.
  2. Toss salad mix and vinaigrette together, then add in the rest of the ingredients and toss again.
  3. Serve and enjoy. Add a small handful of chopped raspberries for sweetness.
