Guacamole Deviled Eggs

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge (about 1/8 lime)
  • 2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Bring pot of water to a rolling boil and add eggs.
  2. Let boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover. Let eggs sit in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove warm water from the pan and replace with cold water.
  4. Peel eggs and discard the shells.
  5. Slice each egg in half and place all yolks in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yolks and mix together.
  7. Pipe or spoon the egg yolk guacamole back into the egg whites.
  8. Serve immediately, or chill until serving.
