Guacamole Deviled Eggs

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Juice
  • 1 Lime Wedge (about 1/8 lime)
  • 2 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly immerse eggs into the water using a spoon.
  2. Let boil for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover.
  3. Let sit in hot water (over the turned off burner) for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove warm water from the pan and replace with cold water.
  5. Peel eggs and discard the shells.
  6. Slice each egg in half and place all yolks in a separate bowl.
  7. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yolks and mix together.
  8. Pipe or spoon the egg yolk guacamole back into the egg whites.
  9. Serve.
