Avocado Bacon Ranch Mug Cake

  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tbsp. Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Dill Weed
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 medium Avocado
  • 1 strip Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 medium Spring Onion, chopped
  1. Melt butter in microwave.
  2. Add egg to butter and whisk together.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, ranch dressing, dill weed, and parsley to bowl.
  4. Mix until dry ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Stir in bacon, avocado, and spring onion.
  6. Put in microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes.
