Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1 cup Coarsely Ground Seven Coffee Roasters Beans
  • 4 cups Cold Water
  • 5 drops Liquid Stevia (per cup)
  • 2 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream (per cup)
  1. Add coffee grounds into the cold water in a large bowl.
  2. Stir coffee and grounds together, then cover for 18-24 hours.
  3. Strain the liquid from the beans and discard the grounds.
  4. Serve coffee over iced, diluted with half or one-third water.
  5. Mix in stevia and heavy cream.
