- 1 cup Coarsely Ground Seven Coffee Roasters Beans (Get it: Seven Coffee)
- 4 cups Cold Water
- 5 drops Truly Zero Liquid Stevia (per cup) (Also on Amazon)
- 2 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream (per cup)
- Add coffee grounds into the cold water in a large bowl.
- Stir coffee and grounds together, then cover for 18-24 hours.
- Strain the liquid from the beans and discard the grounds.
- Serve coffee over iced, diluted with half or one-third water.
- Mix in stevia and heavy cream.
