Coconut Chai Infused Mug Cake

  • 3 tbsp. Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 teabag Zhena's Coconut Chai
  • 1 large Egg
  • 7 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  1. Place butter and coconut oil in a mug. Microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients into the fats. Add an egg and stevia and mix together thoroughly.
  3. Place mug in the microwave and microwave for 60-90 seconds.
