Elevated White Truffle Slaw

  • 4 oz. Coleslaw Mixed, organic
  • 3 tbsp. Empire Mayo White Truffle Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz. Almonds, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Measure out about 4 1/4 oz. coleslaw mix. Pick out carrot pieces until 4 oz. of mix is left.
  2. Mix slaw together with Empire Mayo White Truffle Mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place 1 oz. almonds into a plastic bag. Smash almonds with a rolling pin or similar utensil to crush.
  4. Serve coleslaw and sprinkle almonds over the top.
