- 2 cups Green Salad Mix
- 2 tbsp. Low Carb Vinaigrette
- 1/2 packet Skout Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt to Taste
- Place all ingredients except for parmesan cheese into a large salad bowl and toss lightly.
- Grate fresh parmesan cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
