Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • 6 oz. Broccoli
  • 5 oz. Cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 packet Skout Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tsp. Salt Sisters Steakhouse Seasoning
  1. Pre-heat oven to 415F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a plastic bag and shake well so that the oil covers all of the vegetables.
  3. Spread vegetables out on a baking sheet covered with foil.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until browning occurs.
