Simple Baconnaise

  • 1 large Egg
  • 2-3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Fatworks lard, room temp
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Add all ingredients into a small jar, allowing for the egg to settle at the bottom.
  2. Once the egg is settled, insert immersion blender until it is at the very bottom. Immersion blend for 30 seconds or until all oil is emulsified at the bottom.
  3. Begin to bring the immersion blender up to emulsify the rest of the oil.
