• 1 large Egg
  • 2-3 tsp. lemon juice depending on desired tartness
  • 1/2 cup Fatworks lard, room temp (Also on Amazon)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Place ingredients in small jar. Allow egg to settle at the bottom.
  2. Insert immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar, and blend for 30 seconds or until oil is blended at bottom.
  3. Continue to blend while lifting blender towards the top of the jar until all oil is blended. Serve.
