5 Ingredient Espresso Peanut Butter Mousse

  • 6 tbsp. Mascarpone Cheese
  • 6 tbsp. Elliot's Adult Nut Butter Espresso Nib
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (from the carton)
  • 1/4 cup Eryrthritol
  1. Add all ingredients into a container, slowly mixing with a spoon.
  2. Once the ingredients start to become incorporated, use an immersion blender to completely combine the ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture into 4 ramekins and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
