BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner with Keto Cole Slaw and Corn Free Bread

    Pulled Pork
  • 4-5 lb. boneless Pork Shoulder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • Keto Coleslaw
  • 1 Head of Cabbage
  • 12 tbsp Holi Aioli Spread (Also on Amazon)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
    PULLED PORK
  1. Combine all spices and rub onto Pork butt, allow to sit overnight in refrigerator covered in plastic wrap if possible.
  2. Place meat in slow cooker, add water, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
  3. Plate and drizzle each serving with 2 tbsp Alterna Sweets BBQ Sauce (Also on Amazon)
  4. KETO COLESLAW
  5. Chop cabbage.
  6. Combine with spread and parsley in medium bowl.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
