BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner with Keto Cole Slaw and Corn Free Bread
Pulled Pork

4-5 lb. boneless Pork Shoulder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Paprika
-
1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
-
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
-
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
-
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
-
1 1/2 cups Water
Keto Coleslaw
-
1 Head of Cabbage
-
12 tbsp Holi Aioli Spread (Also on Amazon)

2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
PULLED PORK
- Combine all spices and rub onto Pork butt, allow to sit overnight in refrigerator covered in plastic wrap if possible.
- Place meat in slow cooker, add water, cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
- Plate and drizzle each serving with 2 tbsp Alterna Sweets BBQ Sauce (Also on Amazon)
KETO COLESLAW
- Chop cabbage.
- Combine with spread and parsley in medium bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
