Olive and Garlic Pizza

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Oil for Frying
  • 1.5 oz Whole-Milk Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Rao's tomato sauce or other sugar-free sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olives, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  1. In a bowl or container, mix eggs, parmesan, psyllium powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat frying oil in a pan, then spoon the mixture into the pan and spread out into a circle.
  3. Once edges are browned, flip pizza crust and cook for another 30-60 seconds. Turn the stove off, and turn the broiler on.
  4. Top crust with tomato sauce, cheese, olives, and garlic. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
