Chocolate Peanut Butter Pepita Fat Bombs

  1. Melt 4 tbsp coconut oil in microwave for 45-60 seconds
  2. Break chocolate bar into chunks. Mix into coconut oil until melted and smooth. Stir in erythritol and vanilla.
  3. Pour into 6 silicone molds and place in freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt remaining 4 Tbsp coconut oil. Add peanut butter and mix.
  5. Stir in pepitas.
  6. Pour over chocolate layer and freeze another 20 minutes.
  7. Remove and enjoy!
