Chocolate Peanut Butter Pepita Fat Bombs

  1. Melt 4 tbsp coconut oil in microwave for 45-60 seconds
  2. Break chocolate bar into chunks. Coconut oil should be hot enough to melt the chocolate bar. Mix into coconut oil until smooth
  3. Stir in erythritol and vanilla
  4. Portion into 6 silicone molds and let set in freezer for 20 minutes
  5. Repeat step 1 with remaining 4 tbsp coconut oil
  6. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth
  7. Stir in pepitas
  8. Pour over chocolate layer and let set in freezer another 20 minutes
  9. Remove and enjoy!
