Coffee Mug Cake
- 1 Egg
2 tbsp. Almond Flour
1 tsp. Coffee Extract
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
3 tbsp. of Strong Brewed Coffee, cooled
1/2 tsp. Maple Extract
1 tbsp. Pecans, chopped
Pinch of Salt
- Whisk all muffin ingredients together well. Grease small microwave safe bowl with MCT oil or any kind of keto friendly oil.
- Pour batter into dish. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- May need 40 seconds more depending on microwave.
- Just mix together ingredients, taste, and change sweetness to taste. Add chopped pecans
