Coffee Protein Pancakes

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 20 Drops of Stevia
  1. Add butter to a pan at medium heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well with a fork until the ingredients are well combined should resemble batter.
  4. Let batter sit for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into pan and flip twice cooking both sides equallly.
