French Onion Style Bone Broth Soup

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and saute until onion starts to brown.
  2. Add wine and cook for 2-3 minutes, scraping any bits off bottom of pan.
  3. Add bone broth and turn stove to low. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Ladle soup into oven-safe bowls. Top with Moon Cheese Gouda and then sprinkle gruyere on top of Moon Cheese.
  5. Place under broiler until gruyere is brown and bubbly (approximately 5 minutes).
  6. Enjoy!
