Frozen PB&J: Peanut Butter Cookie w/ Strawberry Jam Ice Cream

  1. In a medium bowl or blender, combine all ingredients except cookies and jam.
  2. Using hand mixer, electric whisk, or blender on low, mix until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add jam and mix until combined.
  4. On baking tray or plate, arrange four bottom cookies.
  5. Spoon heaping portion of cream onto each bottom cookie and gently cover with a top cookie.
  6. Freeze for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
