Mushroom and Herb Arancini

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare Riced Cauliflower according to package.
  3. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheeses.
  4. Let sit 15 minutes to cool.
  5. Roll mixture into balls. Dip each ball into egg and then roll in Pork Panko.
  6. Fly arancini in a pan until outside of each is lightly crisped.
  7. Place on a greased cooking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
