Three Cheese Broccoli Gratin

  • 1 Large Head of Broccoli, cut into florets (400g)
  • 2 tbsp Butter (28g)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream (240g)
  • 1 oz Cream Cheese, softened (28g)
  • 1 tsp Paleo Powder Herbed (6g)
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2/3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (75g)
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (50g)
  • 3/4 cup Crushed 4505 Chicharrones BBQ Fried Pork Rinds (45g)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, until brights green but not fully cooked, set aside
  3. Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stir to combine. Stir in salt, Paleo Powder and onion powder
  4. Add broccoli florets to a greased baking dish, pour sauce over broccoli
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
  6. In a small bowl, crush chicharrones, add olive oil. Spread mixture over top
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble and brown
  8. Let cool 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
