Bacon Eggs Benedict
- Mug Cake

3 tbsp. Almond Flour (Get it: Amazon)

2 tbsp. Butter

1 large Egg

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. Chili Powder

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- Toppings

4 slices Bacon
-
2 large Eggs

2 tbsp. prepared Hollandaise Sauce, such as Knorr.
- Mix mug cake ingredients in mug. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, or until top is firm. Turn mug upside down and tap lightly to dislodge cake. Slice in half and set aside.
- Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crisp.
- While bacon is cooking, poach 2 eggs.
- Place 2 slices bacon and 1 poached egg on top of each mug cake half, and pour 1 Tbsp Hollandaise sauce over each egg. Serve.
