Jalapeno Popper Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 slice Bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  2. De-seed and chop jalapeno pepper.
  3. Add to pan to cook until soft.
  4. Crack eggs into the pan and lightly scramble.
  5. Turn off stove's heat.
  6. Add spices and cream cheese.
  7. Stir together and serve.
