- 2 large Eggs
- 1 slice Bacon, chopped
- 1 medium Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp.
- De-seed and chop jalapeno pepper.
- Add to pan to cook until soft.
- Crack eggs into the pan and lightly scramble.
- Turn off stove's heat.
- Add spices and cream cheese.
- Stir together and serve.
