- 1 large Egg
- 2-3 tsp. lemon juice depending on desired tartness
- 1/2 cup Fatworks lard, room temp (Also on Amazon)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Place ingredients in small jar. Allow egg to settle at the bottom.
- Insert immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar, and blend for 30 seconds or until oil is blended at bottom.
- Continue to blend while lifting blender towards the top of the jar until all oil is blended. Serve.
