Olive and Garlic Pizza

2 large Eggs

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

1 tbsp Psyllium Husk Powder

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

2 tsp Oil for Frying

1.5 oz Whole-Milk Mozzarella Cheese

3 tbsp Rao's tomato sauce or other sugar-free sauce

2 tbsp Olives, chopped

1 clove Garlic, minced
- In a bowl or container, mix eggs, parmesan, psyllium powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat frying oil in a pan, then spoon the mixture into the pan and spread out into a circle.
- Once edges are browned, flip pizza crust and cook for another 30-60 seconds. Turn the stove off, and turn the broiler on.
- Top crust with tomato sauce, cheese, olives, and garlic. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
