- 1 Rawmio 100% Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar
- 8 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp. Keto and Co Granulated Erythritol (Also on Amazon)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 4 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp. Skout Pink Himalayan Salt Pepitas (Also on Amazon)
- Melt 4 tbsp coconut oil in microwave for 45-60 seconds
- Break chocolate bar into chunks. Mix into coconut oil until melted and smooth. Stir in erythritol and vanilla.
- Pour into 6 silicone molds and place in freezer for 20 minutes.
- Melt remaining 4 Tbsp coconut oil. Add peanut butter and mix.
- Stir in pepitas.
- Pour over chocolate layer and freeze another 20 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
