Three Cheese Broccoli Gratin

1 Large Head of Broccoli, cut into florets (400g)

2 tbsp Butter (28g)

1/2 cup Heavy Cream (240g)

1 oz Cream Cheese, softened (28g)

1 tsp Paleo Powder Herbed (6g)

1/4 tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

2/3 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (75g)

1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (50g)

3/4 cup Crushed 4505 Chicharrones BBQ Fried Pork Rinds (45g)

2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Steam broccoli for 5 minutes, until brights green. Set aside.
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, paleo powder, and onion powder. Mix.
- Place broccoli florets in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- In a small bowl, crush chicharrones, add olive oil. Spread mixture over top
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble and brown
- Let cool 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
