Homemade Coffee Rub

  • 3 tbsp. Ground Coffee
  • 1 tbsp. Coarse Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Ancho Chili Powder (or regular)
  • 1/2 tsp. Maple Extract
  1. In a spice grinder, grind together coffee and erythritol until fine.
  2. Mix all of the spices (including coffee/erythritol together).
  3. Add in the maple extract to the spice mixture, using the back of a spoon to incorporate into the spice mix.
  4. Store in a jar for up to 4 months!
